Corner pieces have two flat sides. Start with those!

  • ๐ŸŸข Easy: 6 or 9 big pieces, with an outline showing where they go.
  • ๐ŸŸก Medium: 12 or 24 pieces, with a faint picture to help.
  • ๐Ÿ”ด Hard: 48 pieces for puzzle pros.

What age can kids start jigsaw puzzles?
Kids as young as 3 can try 6-piece puzzles with the outline on. 24 pieces suits ages 6โ€“8, and 48 pieces suits ages 9 and up.
What's the best way to start?
Find the corners (two flat sides) and edges (one flat side) first, then build the frame.
What if a piece won't snap?
It's probably in the wrong spot. Try a different place, or turn on the ghost picture for help.
Can we do jigsaws on paper?
Yes! Print a cut-out jigsaw, color it in, cut along the lines and put it together.
