Sudoku for Kids

Free kids Sudoku in the PuzzleCraft Kids Zone: 4×4 picture puzzles for ages 5–7, 6×6 for ages 8–10 and easy 9×9 for ages 11–13.

Sudoku is a wonderful logic game for children: no reading or maths needed, just careful looking. In the PuzzleCraft Kids Zone there are three levels. Easy (ages 5–7) uses a 4×4 grid with fruit, animal or shape pictures instead of numbers. Medium (ages 8–10) uses a 6×6 grid with numbers 1 to 6. Hard (ages 11–13) is a gentle 9×9 puzzle.

Kids get big squares, cheerful sounds (with a mute button), stars for every solve and badges to collect. The Puzzle Buddy gives simple hints like “Look at this row — which number is missing?” and there are no ads, chats or sign-ups.

How it works: every PuzzleCraft Sudoku is built from scratch by a generator that fills a complete 9×9 grid and then removes numbers one at a time, checking with a solver after every removal that exactly one solution remains. You will never get a puzzle that needs guessing or has two answers.
